Terms of Use — Nospree

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Nospree app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Nospree.

1. About Nospree

Nospree is a personal organization app designed to help users track specific expenses, record daily answers, view history, receive reminders, and access insights about spending habits. Nospree may offer free features and Premium features.

2. Nospree is not a financial service

Nospree is not a bank, financial institution, digital wallet, brokerage, financial advisor, accounting advisor, tax advisor, legal advisor, credit service, investment service, or payment service.

The app is a personal organization tool. Information shown in the app, including balances, history, projections, consistency, and insights, is based on data entered by you. You are responsible for your own financial, spending, and personal organization decisions.

3. Account

Some features may require an account, such as backup, data restoration, and features linked to Premium.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, keeping your credentials secure, not sharing unauthorized access to your account, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate account access if there is suspected misuse, violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, attempts to bypass Premium features, or violation of applicable laws and policies.

4. User-entered data

You are responsible for the data you add to Nospree, including expense names, amounts, daily answers, settings, and preferences.

You represent that you have the right to enter this data and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws. Nospree does not guarantee that calculations, projections, or insights will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your personal situation.

5. Premium features and subscriptions

Nospree may offer Premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases. Premium features may include, for example, more tracked expenses, advanced history, advanced insights, backup and restoration, and other features shown in the app.

Purchases may be processed by Google Play and/or providers such as RevenueCat. Prices, periods, renewals, free trials, cancellations, and refunds follow the conditions shown at the time of purchase and the policies of the applicable payment platform.

When a purchase is made through Google Play, you can manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play account. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not necessarily result in a refund for already paid periods, except when required by law or by the applicable platform policies.

6. Backup and restoration

When available, backup allows app data to be saved to an account for later restoration. Backup depends on internet connection, authentication, availability of services used by Nospree, and proper operation of third-party providers.

When restoring a backup, local device data may be replaced. The app should request confirmation before restoring data and replacing local information. Nospree may offer options to delete local device data and to delete remote backup, when applicable. These actions may be irreversible.

7. Notifications

Nospree may send local notifications, if you allow them, to remind you about records, goals, progress, or app usage. You can disable notifications in the app or device settings.

8. Permitted use

You agree not to use Nospree to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights; attempt to access accounts, backups, or data from other users; interfere with the app or associated services; exploit flaws, abuse features, or bypass limitations; attempt to obtain Premium features without authorization; reverse engineer, modify, or distribute parts of the app when this violates the law or these Terms; or use the app in a fraudulent, abusive, or harmful way.

9. Third-party services

Nospree may rely on third-party services such as Supabase, Google Play, RevenueCat, and other providers for infrastructure, authentication, purchases, subscriptions, diagnostics, or support.

These services may have their own terms, policies, and practices. We do not fully control third-party services and are not responsible for failures, unavailability, or changes in those services beyond Nospree’s reasonable control.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove Nospree features at any time, especially during early development, testing, improvements, platform changes, or legal requirements. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or permanent compatibility with all devices.

11. Termination or suspension

You may stop using Nospree at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access to features, an account, or the app if we identify violation of these Terms, abusive use, security risks, legal requirements, orders from competent authorities, or non-compliance with platform policies.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nospree and Masa Labs will not be liable for financial, spending, or personal organization decisions made by you; data loss caused by misuse, device failures, lack of backup, or voluntary deletion; unavailability, failures, or changes in third-party services; indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; or loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy

Personal data processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the Delete account and data page.

Deleting your Nospree account does not automatically cancel subscriptions processed by Google Play. To cancel a subscription, use your Google Play account settings.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When this happens, we will update the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we may inform you through the app, the Terms page, or another appropriate method.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, unless mandatory consumer protection rules or other applicable laws require otherwise.
