Delete account and data — Nospree

You may request deletion of your Nospree account and the data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion and what data may be deleted.

To request deletion, send an email preferably using the same address associated with your Nospree account.

1. How to request deletion

Use the subject: Delete Nospree account

In the email body, include the email used for your Nospree account, state that you want to delete your account and associated data, and indicate whether you also want to delete the cloud backup, if one exists.

2. What will be deleted

After confirming account ownership, we may delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including your Nospree account, profile data associated with the account, cloud backup, and app usage data linked to your account.

3. Local data on your device

Data stored only locally on your device can be removed directly in the app using the reset data on this device option. If you only uninstall the app from your device, some remote data associated with your account may remain stored until you request account and data deletion.

4. What may not be deleted immediately

Some information may be retained when necessary to comply with legal, tax, regulatory, or platform obligations; prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse; resolve disputes; protect the rights of Nospree, users, or third parties; or maintain records required by payment providers or law. Where possible, data retained for these reasons will be limited, protected, or anonymized.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting your Nospree account does not automatically cancel subscriptions processed by Google Play. To cancel a subscription, use your Google Play account subscription settings.

After account deletion, you may lose access to data, backup, or features linked to the account even if a subscription remains active. Therefore, cancel the subscription separately if you do not want to continue being charged.

6. Timeframe

We will make reasonable efforts to process deletion requests within an appropriate timeframe after confirming account ownership. We may contact you to confirm information before completing deletion.

7. In-app deletion

When available, you may also start or access the deletion process from the app settings area. If the in-app option directs you to this page or to support email, follow the instructions provided.
